Its the 23rd year of the Maimyo era. The 16th Accelebrid tournament is about to start at the G. Bowman Special Circuit. Ginei, the pilot of the Silver Mare, is getting ready for the first race. During the race a group of terrorists attack, taking control of the tracks obstacles and kidnaps Ginei's girlfriend, who also happens to be the team leader of the racing team. Filled with nothing but vengeance, Ginei arms his racing mech and heads in pursuit.
